1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal information when you use the Vbazz website, mobile web service, WeChat mini program, and related account, content, transaction, interaction, customer support, and security services.
This Policy forms an important part of the rules governing your use of the services together with the User Agreement. If other pages describe personal information processing inconsistently with this Policy, this Policy will prevail for those matters.
2. What Personal Information We Process
1. Browsing and basic access: when you visit the website or mobile web service, we process device type, browser information, access logs, IP address, request records, error logs, language-preference cookies, and similar identifiers for page delivery, session maintenance, security, troubleshooting, and basic analytics.
2. Registration, login, and account management: when you register, log in, bind, or manage an account, we process your username, email address, password hash, login credentials, account status, and profile information you voluntarily provide, such as phone number, bio, or location.
3. WeChat-related login features: when you use WeChat H5 login, account binding, or WeChat payment, we process WeChat identifiers returned through OAuth, such as openid and unionid, and avatar information available within the relevant authorization scope, to complete identity recognition, account binding, payment verification, and account security.
4. Image-note and scene usage: when you create image notes, select image-scene apps, upload images, view results, save content, or manage your personal content, we process the images you upload, the selected scene, generated results, visibility settings, timestamps, related records, and necessary processing logs.
5. Interaction and community features: when you comment, like, favorite, follow, send direct messages, or view notifications, we process the corresponding interaction records, message relationships, notification states, and account information necessary to display related users and content.
6. Avatar and profile: when you voluntarily upload an avatar, we process the avatar file you submit. In the WeChat mini program, if you actively choose to sync your avatar, we obtain the avatar information you authorize through WeChat's user profile capability solely to update your platform avatar.
7. Orders and payment: when you purchase quota, membership, or other paid benefits, we process order information, payment method, payment status, payment-related transaction data, and necessary risk-control records. If you use WeChat payment, we also process the relevant openid or payment verification data required for that payment scenario.
8. WeChat mini program usage: when you use the Vbazz mini program, we process WeChat login credentials, platform-issued session state, images you choose through camera or album selection, upload records, analysis results, purchase records, and notification subscription status in order to support quick capture, analysis, result review, and account management.
9. Other information you voluntarily provide: when you contact customer support, submit a complaint, request account cancellation, report a problem, or participate in platform operations, we process the contact details, supporting materials, and communication records you voluntarily submit.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to provide registration and login, maintain session status, create and manage image notes, run image-scene apps, perform image safety review and image-note analysis, display interactive content, process orders and payments, send service notices, protect service and transaction security, troubleshoot failures, handle complaints and disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
If we need to use personal information for a purpose that is not directly related to the purposes above, we will provide further notice and obtain consent where required by applicable law, or otherwise rely on another lawful basis.
4. Images, Analysis, and Third-Party Processing
When you upload images to create image notes, the images enter the platform's upload, storage, and processing workflow and may be used, to the extent necessary, for content safety review, format conversion, image-note analysis, and result generation.
In the WeChat mini program scenario, selected images go through a safety review flow associated with mini program compliance requirements before analysis continues. Images that do not pass review will not proceed to the analysis workflow.
To provide image storage, image-note analysis, payment, WeChat login, or notifications, we may allow relevant information to be processed by storage providers, model service providers, the WeChat platform, or payment service providers to the extent necessary to deliver the corresponding service. We require such partners to process information only within the scope needed for the relevant service and to take appropriate protective measures.
5. Permissions and Data Minimization
The website and mobile web service do not directly invoke WeChat mini program system capabilities such as camera, album access, or WeChat payment. In the mini program, such capabilities are triggered only in the relevant feature context and only through your active action, such as choosing images, syncing your avatar, or initiating WeChat payment.
At present, the platform does not proactively access your contacts, call records, SMS messages, clipboard contents, or precise device location by default. If you manually fill in location information in your profile, that information is provided by you and does not mean that the platform obtained device geolocation.
If we later introduce a new permission or a new personal information processing scenario that is genuinely necessary, we will provide notice in accordance with applicable law and relevant platform rules and obtain consent where required.
6. Cookies, Local Storage, and Session State
On the website and mobile web service, we use cookies and similar technologies to preserve login status, language preference, security identifiers, and necessary feature state.
In the WeChat mini program, we may store platform-issued session state or necessary status data in mini program local storage to maintain login status, reduce repeated logins, and support service continuity.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect login or related functions.
7. Sharing, Entrusted Processing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure
Except as otherwise required by law, necessary to provide the services, or based on your separate consent, we do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties.
We may entrust service providers with relevant processing or share the information necessary to provide storage, model analysis, WeChat login, WeChat payment, notifications, security operations, and similar support functions.
If a merger, split, restructuring, asset transfer, or other transaction may result in the transfer of personal information, we will fulfill applicable notice obligations and require the recipient to remain bound by this Policy or otherwise process personal information lawfully.
We may share, transfer, or publicly disclose relevant information where required by law or by regulators, courts, or administrative authorities acting lawfully.
8. Retention and Security
We retain personal information for the period necessary to achieve the service purposes described in this Policy. After that period, we will delete, anonymize, or otherwise retain the information only as required or permitted by applicable law.
We implement security measures appropriate to the scale and risk level of the services, including access control, authentication, logging, transmission protection, risk-control measures, and anomaly monitoring, in order to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
